Egg coloring and beyond

We did our egg coloring this year on the floor of our kitchen so that Aidan can partake in the activities. We had considered skipping this activity this year- seeing that the kids don't really know the tradition yet- not wanting to rock the boat with Aidan... but we are really glad that we didn't- the kids really enjoyed it. And, even though I said they enjoyed it, I really didn't capture that. Here's Owen looking particularly sullen...

But, here is Aidan when we finished coloring eggs. He cried, really cried for a good five minutes- lamenting the end of the activity. He has asked us many times if we can color eggs again.
